Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Park Air Systems employ 170 people in Cambridgeshire, UK. The purpose built facility is situated in a semi-rural location with excellent links to Peterborough, Cambridge and London etc.Park Air Systems has two core business areas; Communication Systems and Airport Systems.Park Air Systems Ltd is ISO 9001 certified and received the gold award for Investors in People in 2011

Ethics/Business Conduct Programme:

Every year we recruit a small cohort of graduates and undergraduates into our engineering and business areas. Our philosophy with undergraduates is that we wish to provide a valuable work experience at the same time as gaining worthwhile benefits for the Company.

The placement is therefore based upon challenging projects that will be stretching but not overwhelming that will encompass their university knowledge.

We have established a team of employees who are passionate about ensuring Park Air neutralise its environmental footprint. Some of the initiatives we have introduced include recycling of our waste, encouraging car sharing along with a cycle to work scheme.
