LONDON – Feb. 29, 2012 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has announced the appointment of Danny Milligan as chief executive of its U.K.-based Information Systems Europe business. In this role he will focus on the strategic direction of Northrop Grumman’s activities in both the defence and civil information technology, C4ISR, cyber security and counter-IED markets in the U.K., mainland Europe and its export markets.

As chief executive he will be responsible for helping the company’s Information Systems sector achieve its European business objectives including providing strategic guidance for current programmes, encouraging growth and the development of new business opportunities.
